Two honest notes. Indiana's Whitewater Valley Railroad is listed here as Paused — it ran a full 2026 season before August flooding devastated the line, and it stays on the record until it runs again. And North Dakota has no operating scenic railway at all: its last heritage trolley stopped carrying passengers in 2023, so there is nothing to list, and this page does not pretend otherwise.
